Enter your AWB number to get real-time updates
Everything you need to know about tracking your shipment.
AWB stands for Air Waybill. It is a unique tracking number assigned to your shipment when it is booked for delivery. Your AWB number is shared with you via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.
Your AWB number is mentioned in the shipping confirmation SMS or email from the seller. If you are a ShipPrime merchant, you can find the AWB under the Orders section in your ShipPrime dashboard.
Tracking updates are synced from courier partners in near real-time. Updates typically reflect within 1–2 hours of a scan at a courier facility.
An Undelivered status means a delivery attempt was made but not completed. The courier will typically re-attempt delivery. ShipPrime's NDR management system will also reach out to your customer to reschedule. Contact support@shipprime.live if you need further assistance.
ShipPrime delivers 95% of orders within 5 days across India. Delivery time depends on the origin-destination combination and the courier partner selected for your shipment.
